I'm the heart behind The Rooted Mother. I believe motherhood is a sacred journey that was never meant to be walked alone.

My approach is gentle, nurturing, and rooted in connection- offering a calm presence, compassionate care, and meaningful support so you can feel confident, empowered, and deeply supported through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
